Your Agreement with the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless context requires otherwise.

• "xp777e", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the xp777e platform, its operators, and all associated entities responsible for delivering the Services described herein.
• "Platform" — the xp777e website accessible at xp777e.net and all associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and embedded gaming environments.
• "Services" — the full range of products provided through the Platform, including live casino games, Lightning Roulette, Asia Cup Cricket betting, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting, RNG table games, and all PKR payment processing functions.
• "Account" — the individual registered user account created following completion of the xp777e registration process.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an Account on the xp777e Platform.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the xp777e Platform for all deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and game stakes.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credit awarded to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload promotion, or other xp777e incentive scheme, which is subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount of eligible staking that must be completed using Bonus Funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money PKR balance.
• "Pakistan Banking Channels" — the payment infrastructure available to xp777e Pakistan players, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the xp777e Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit in PKR, or placing any stake on any xp777e product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by, and should be read alongside, the xp777e Privacy Policy and the xp777e Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and xp777e. In the event of any conflict between a specific product's rules and these general Terms, the more specific product rules take precedence for matters exclusively relating to that product; these general Terms govern all other matters.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an xp777e Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older. The xp777e Platform is strictly for adults. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend Account access pending satisfactory verification.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an xp777e employee, director, officer, or contractor.
• You have not previously held an xp777e Account that was closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any prohibited activity.
• You have not registered or been registered for a self-exclusion programme at xp777e or, to your knowledge, at any other online gambling platform to which a shared exclusion obligation may apply.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a person to whom the provision of online gambling services is restricted under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction to which xp777e may be subject from time to time.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one xp777e Account. Registering or operating duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xp777e reserves the right to close all related Accounts and void all associated balances and pending withdrawals without prior notice upon detection of duplicate registration.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any detail changes. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xp777e login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. xp777e will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential or from your sharing of credentials with any third party.

xp777e will never contact you requesting your full password, one-time authentication codes, or full payment card or wallet details. Any communication purporting to be from xp777e that requests such information should be reported to [email protected] immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Payments

All transactions on the xp777e Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xp777e does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. The Platform supports the following Pakistan Banking Channels for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20.

Deposit minimums, maximums, and processing times vary by payment channel and are displayed on the deposit page within your xp777e Account at the time of transaction. Standard PKR withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within five minutes for amounts within standard daily limits. Larger amounts and first-time withdrawals from a new payment method may require additional verification and may take longer to process.

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment channel and account or wallet number used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
• xp777e reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Deposits made to the xp777e Platform are used solely for gambling purposes on the Platform. The Platform is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on Account balances.
• Chargeback requests or payment reversals initiated without prior engagement with the xp777e support team constitute a breach of these Terms. Accounts subject to a chargeback investigation will be suspended pending resolution.
• xp777e reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits and to amend these limits at any time, with changes displayed within the Account's payment section.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

xp777e offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, and other incentive programmes. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms govern matters exclusively relating to that promotion.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money PKR.
• Attempting to withdraw real-money balance while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds at xp777e's discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Creating multiple Accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• xp777e reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect bonuses already credited and wagering in progress at the time of the change.
• Bonuses not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
• xp777e may require Players to opt into promotions explicitly rather than receiving them automatically. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts and payment channel requirements, are specified per promotion.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All casino games, slots, and RNG-based products on the xp777e Platform operate using certified random number generation software. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game's information panel within the Platform. The stated RTP reflects the long-run statistical payout rate and does not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual Player or session.

xp777e reserves the right to void any bet or game result where technical malfunction, software error, human error, or circumstances beyond xp777e's reasonable control have produced an incorrect outcome. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount is returned to the Player's real-money PKR balance. No compensation beyond the original stake is payable in the event of a technical voiding.

• Disconnection during a live casino game or Jackpot Slots session does not automatically void the game round. Reconnecting within the session window displays the outcome recorded by the Platform's server log, which is the authoritative record of the result.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on Jackpot Slots are indicative only and update in real time. The jackpot amount awarded is the amount confirmed by the server at the precise moment the jackpot is triggered.
• Lightning Roulette multipliers are applied by the live game studio's certified systems. xp777e relays the outcome as delivered by the studio provider and is not responsible for studio-side technical issues that affect a multiplier result.
• Any attempt to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or gain an advantage on the xp777e Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on the xp777e Platform, including Asia Cup Cricket, HBL Pakistan Super League markets, and Cockfighting, is subject to the following rules in addition to the general Terms above. Specific sport and event rules may be published alongside individual markets within the betting lobby.

• All cricket bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC for Asia Cup; PCB/HBL for Pakistan Super League). In-play bets are settled on the live score at the time the market is closed, not the final match result, unless otherwise specified.
• Bets placed after the relevant event's official start time may be void at xp777e's discretion. xp777e makes reasonable efforts to remove in-play markets promptly at event start but cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.
• If a cricket match is abandoned, suspended, or does not reach its minimum scheduled overs completion threshold, bets on that match are void and stakes are returned, except where a result has already been determined by the rules of the competition in question.
• Cockfighting bet settlement follows the outcome announced by the official event host at the conclusion of each bout. xp777e's Cockfighting markets are based on live-streamed events; stream delays do not affect the settlement outcome, which is determined by the official result.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply across all sports betting markets on xp777e. Current limits are displayed within the betting slip before stake confirmation.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds — where a published price is clearly the result of a data or system error and does not reflect the true market — may be corrected and any bets placed at the erroneous price may be void at xp777e's discretion.

Responsible Gaming

xp777e is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Pakistan players. The Platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every Account, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session duration timers; cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion.

• Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. During self-exclusion, xp777e will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new Account, though xp777e cannot guarantee detection of registration attempts using different personal details.
• If you are aware of an individual who is a minor attempting to use the xp777e Platform, please report this to [email protected] immediately.
• xp777e reserves the right to initiate a cooling-off period or Account review on any account that shows patterns indicative of problem gambling behaviour, even if no formal self-exclusion request has been submitted.
• Deposit limits, once reduced, take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase becomes active, providing time for reflection on the decision.

Account Suspension and Closure

xp777e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against xp777e deposits.
• Account registration in violation of a self-exclusion obligation.
• Duplicate Account registration.
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence on the Platform.
• Any activity that xp777e reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or the financial systems underpinning the Platform.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, xp777e may retain any balance in the Account as a set-off against any losses suffered by xp777e as a result of the breach, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure results from a Platform error or administrative decision unrelated to Player breach, any real-money PKR balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment channel within a reasonable period.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their xp777e Account may request closure via the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect withdrawal rights in respect of any verified real-money PKR balance outstanding at the time of the closure request.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xp777e Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including layering of funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through nominees.
• Using another person's payment credentials, identity documents, or financial accounts to fund or withdraw from an xp777e Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies in a systematic manner to derive an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, Cockfighting betting, or any other multiplayer environment on the Platform.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party, including professional gamblers or account management services.
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other technical methods to obscure your true location or identity in a manner that circumvents these Terms.
• Abusing the bonus system, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses, using promotional funds in contravention of bonus terms, or structuring deposits to exploit reload offers.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or places unreasonable load on the xp777e Platform's technical infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xp777e Platform — including but not limited to the xp777e brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the intellectual property of xp777e or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the xp777e Platform's content without prior written permission from xp777e. Any unauthorised use of xp777e intellectual property may result in Account closure and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xp777e's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount of real-money PKR deposits held in your Account balance at the time the claim arises. xp777e is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated gains arising from Platform unavailability or technical interruption.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional materials.
• Losses arising from events outside xp777e's reasonable control, including internet service failures, Pakistan banking infrastructure disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor outages.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms or from actions you have taken in contravention of the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xp777e's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy and Data

xp777e collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the xp777e Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.

You may review, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests for Accounts that hold outstanding balances or are subject to ongoing verification or dispute proceedings may be deferred until those matters are resolved.

Amendments to These Terms

xp777e reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account no less than seven days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case they take effect upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you may close your Account by contacting [email protected] before the amendment's effective date; any verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment channel.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the xp777e Platform are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and xp777e, you agree to first contact the xp777e support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings. xp777e will use reasonable efforts to respond to dispute notifications within five business days and to propose a resolution within a reasonable period thereafter.

xp777e's records — including transaction logs, game outcomes, login timestamps, and communication records — are maintained as the authoritative record of all Platform activity and will be relied upon in the event of any dispute regarding game results, transaction amounts, or Account activity.
